an outstanding view of Lake Superior with access
to the sandy beach while you relax at Sand River
Cottage
This
year round 2 bedroom rental cottage is located
across from Lake Superior and next door to the
Seacoast @ Sand River Resort. The living room
has windows facing Lake Superior for a wonderful
view, a satellite TV with 150 channels, stereo
system, a full sofa, double futon, and two reclining
chairs. A deck on the front of the cottage is
furnished with a grill, picnic table, and chairs
for relaxing and enjoying the awesome sunsets
over Lake Superior.
The
modern kitchen is complete with stove, refrigerator,
toaster, coffee maker and necessary cooking utensils
and dinner ware. Dining room conveniently located
right by the kitchen with a counter for setting
out your meal.
The
Master Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, dresser,
and a view of Lake Superior and the second bedroom
has one queen bed and a dresser. Linens and blankets
are supplied.
The
basement has two double futons, a reclining chair,
and a firepot for warming up. Perfect for additional
guests. Sand River Cottage is well heated so you
will be comfortable on the coldest of days. You
will be all set for an enjoyable vacation.
The
sandy Lake Superior beach is just across the road
from the Sand River Cottage. Take a stroll along
the beach or wade in the refreshing water. You can
sit in the sand and catch a little sun as you listen
to the waves gently lap upon the beach. Just right
for relaxing after a busy day.
Sand
River Cottage is centrally located to the many
attractions and recreational opportunities the
area has to offer.
Sand
River Cottage is in a major snow area with deep
snow for snowmobiling and trails leading all over
the Upper Peninsula, the perfect headquarters
for rides in every direction. Alger County has
over 300 miles of trails and they connect throughout
the Upper Peninsula.

months.
